The article says "high fat", but how fat is that, really? How much is saturated, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated? Even the USDA site has a study that shows that animal fat consumption has lowered while margarine and vegetable oil intake has gone up. And that fat could be from fatty SUGARY foods such as cookies and cakes rather than from steak or butter.


Sorry, meant to say "how MUCH fat" in that first sentence. And I realize that the USDA doesn't apply to Europe, but the situation is the same over here so it's still somewhat relevant.
