I'm so glad this was written by a person who wears size 0. She must really understand our struggles.


Sometimes, even thin people can enlighten.


In the 80's, The Dallas Doctor's Diet (which I guess is now Naturally Slim) was inspired by someone observing the Thin and seeing what they did differently from those who are dealing with weight. It concentrates on changing habits (such as truly enjoying the food you eat, plus pausing during meals to let the message that the satiety point has been reached to make it to the brain). My Dad lost a lot of weight on this regime and kept it off.
