When I was younger and a major math geek, I remember the awe and wonder I felt when I learned about the best equation ever:

I loved the fact that this equation tied pi, e, and i together, then threw in 1 and 0 at no extra charge. I didn't realize that you can claim it holds nine basic concepts of math. Well done, Euler!
Agreed. About the only thing that jazzed me nearly as much was the discovery of Continued Fractions and the fact that polynomial irrationals (but not transcendentals) can be represented as repeating continued fractions.
